The knowledge and dependence on the snow weather in northern Sweden is something that has inspired me over the past few years with its function of evoking a quiet landscape where we people are forced to be faced with meeting places both in one varied and sometimes physical terrain.

In relation to the Sápmi knowledge of having over 300 words that describe over how the snow looks like that I am reminded in my ignorance of how little I can about a place shifts and what they do in my reading of a new place and new snowy landscape.
